professor. This further demonstrates their serious academic dishonesty during
the application process.

Oaths and Statements:**
In 2019, I reported these issues
to the relevant universities, which initiated investigations. During the
hearings, Shiran Zhu and Shiyuan Chen made false
statements regarding the authenticity of their transcripts. Despite my refusal
to provide false testimony at their request, they continued to mislead the
authorities.
I have evidence to
support my claims, including recordings and relevant documents, proving that
both individuals knowingly submitted false documents to deceive the
universities and obtain admission letters, facilitating their visa application
process.
